We’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, and will interact with our clients warmly and professionally. Please DO NOT apply if you do not meet these requirements:

Lives in the Nashville area

Availability on Thursdays & Fridays from 12-6PM

Some weekends may be needed as well

21+ years old

Owns a car (SUV preferred)

Detail oriented and personable

Able to lift at least 35 pounds, stand for more than 4 hours at a time, climb ladders and furniture

are comfortable creating context and being on camera

We have two positions available:

LEAD DECORATOR

  • Has worked with balloons before or has a desire to learn

  • Will complete smaller setups on their own and lead team members on larger parties

  • Styles items such as welcome signs, plates/napkins/cups, party favors, banners, and additional decor

  • In charge of taking pictures & video of completed setups

ASSISTANT DECORATOR

  • Prefers to work with team members and can take direction

  • Will assist the lead - typically blowing up balloon letters, hanging banners, and prepping extra decor

  • Participates in content creation
